The mission of the Research Unit : Food Safety and Contaminant Monitoring (FSCM) is to advance the science of food and nutrition through innovative research that integrates Artificial Intelligence with traditional approaches, ultimately contributing to improved public health and a sustainable food system.
Our team comprises three members ::
Team head
Dr Mohammed HADJARI, an associate professor at Mustapha Stambouli University of Mascara, Algeria, heads the Food Safety and Contaminant Monitoring (FSCM) team. The FSCM team is part of the Technological Laboratory in Artificial Intelligence and Food Safety (LABTEC-AI). His current research focuses on applying artificial intelligence to nutrition, metabolic diseases, oxidative stress, burnout, and occupational health.

Dr Hadj Mostefa KHELLADI, an associate professor at Mustapha Stambouli University of Mascara, Algeria, member of the Food Safety and Contaminant Monitoring (FSCM) team. Which is associated with the Technological Laboratory in Artificial Intelligence and Food Safety (LABTEC-AI). His current research focuses on nutrition and metabolic diseases.

Dr Mourad ZOGHLAMI, an associate professor at Mustapha Stambouli University of Mascara, Algeria, member of the Food Safety and Contaminant Monitoring (FSCM) team. Which is associated with the Technological Laboratory in Artificial Intelligence and Food Safety (LABTEC-AI). His current research focuses on Food, Nutrition, and Human Health.
